So just as we said goodbye to Yankee Stadium last week, on Saturday it was time to say goodbye to Shea Stadium, the home of Rohan's beloved Mets, which will make way for the new CitiField next year.

In a must-win situation (to make the post-season), the Mets won, 2-zip over the Florida Marlins! 
The player of the game was clearly Johan Santana, who pitched a complete game shut-out! What a clutch performance!Thanks Shea, for the great memories!
Footnote: On Sunday, the Mets lost the final game at the stadium, due to the horrific bullpen performance. Again, it was a must-win situation, and so the Mets are done for the year. Rohan is currently not a happy camper.
